These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the website operated by Noventra e.U. (hereinafter "Noventra") and to all bookings, registrations, and participation in training programmes, classes, and services offered by Noventrana at Noventra Forge, Niedere-Munde-Straße 15c, 6410 Telfs, Austria.
By using this website or booking any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using this website or booking services.
Noventrana currently offers the following programmes at Noventra Forge, Telfs:
The current programme schedule, pricing, and availability are communicated via our website and directly upon inquiry to info@noventra.at. Noventra reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any programme with reasonable notice.
Participation in any programme requires prior registration either via the contact form on our website or by direct communication with Noventrana staff. A booking is confirmed only upon written confirmation from Noventra.
You must be at least 18 years of age to book independently. Participants under the age of 18 require written consent from a parent or legal guardian. Specialist kids programmes may have separate age requirements communicated at the time of booking.
Noventra reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking where safety, capacity, or suitability concerns apply.
Programme fees are communicated upon registration. All prices include applicable Austrian VAT (Umsatzsteuer) unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in accordance with the terms set out in the booking confirmation.
Corporate and B2B packages are subject to separate contractual arrangements. Noventra accepts bank transfer and other methods as confirmed in writing.
Individual class cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@noventra.at at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
For course packages or multi-session bookings, a withdrawal right of 14 days from the date of booking confirmation applies in accordance with Austrian consumer protection law (Konsumentenschutzgesetz), unless the first session has already commenced.
Noventra reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to instructor illness, force majeure, or insufficient enrolment. In such cases, a replacement session or full refund will be offered.
Participation in physical training programmes involves inherent risk of injury. By booking and attending any Noventrana class or programme, you confirm that you are in adequate physical health to participate and that no medical condition prevents your safe participation.
You are responsible for informing Noventrana in writing of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or physical limitations that may be relevant to your participation. Noventra strongly recommends consulting a medical professional before commencing any new physical training programme.
Noventra accepts no liability for injuries arising from failure to disclose relevant health information or from participation against medical advice.
Noventra e.U. shall be liable without limitation for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. For ordinary negligence, Noventra's liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage arising from breach of material contractual obligations.
Noventra accepts no liability for loss of or damage to personal property brought onto the premises at Noventra Forge. Participants are responsible for the safekeeping of their own belongings.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability in cases where limitation or exclusion is not permitted under applicable Austrian law, including liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence.
All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward trainers, staff, and fellow participants at all times. Noventra operates a zero-tolerance policy toward discrimination, harassment, or threatening behaviour.
Noventra reserves the right to exclude any participant who violates the code of conduct without refund.
Noventra may photograph or record sessions for internal documentation and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any photography or media, please notify us in writing before your first session.
Participants may not photograph, film, or record other participants or trainers during sessions without explicit written consent from all individuals concerned and from Noventra management.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and programme materials — is the property of Noventra e.U. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Reproduction or commercial use of any content without prior written consent from Noventra is prohibited.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is the competent court at the registered seat of Noventra e.U. in Telfs, Austria.
For consumers (Verbraucher) as defined under Austrian law, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the applicable country of residence take precedence over these Terms to the extent required by law.
Noventra reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version published on this website at the time of booking or visit applies. Continued use of this website or participation in programmes following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
